Business Development Executive/Account Manager A highly sort after opportunity has become available for a dynamic and professional Business Development Executive (working with B2B clients) to join a forward thinking, established SME in York which provides a specialist, global telecommunications service to its’ customers. Business Development Executive willbe working within a professional and friendly team, the overall purpose of your role will be to provide your portfolio of existing accounts with exceptional customer service and account management assistance. You will also be generating revenue growth from new and lapsed customers through email and telemarketing communications who are already aware of the company and their services. It’s imperative that you keep all your customers abreast of any new products, services and routes to market and that you can also identify new sales opportunities. Providing, negotiating and following up customer quotes are all part of this varied Business Development Executive role whilst also supporting the field sales team on partner road shows, training presentations and client visits so you must be presentable and articulate. Ideally you will already have previous experience in a B2B sales/account management environment.However, you may also have strong communication and relationship building skills and previous experience within a professional customer service environment, be bright and ambitious and ready to take that next step in your career. You should have the ability to identify sales opportunities and the confidence to hold intelligent and knowledgeable conversations with B2B customers and internal colleagues.
