Joining this busy team, the HR Advisor will work closely with the organisation to further their impact on society. Reporting into a HR BP, the HR Advisor will have a very varied role:
-managing ER cases
-trade union relationship
-supporting theclient group through organisational change
- leading on projects
The HR Advisor will need to work closely with the business to ensure you deliver first-class HR service.
